Luke Allison

Luke Allison is an experienced project analyst and teacher who loves bringing clarity from the data to the conversation. He enjoys crunching numbers and communicating findings to others to help them understand and apply the results.

Luke is also a certified Working Genius facilitator who helps individuals and teams apply the Six Types of Working Genius model. By analyzing work style profiles, he enables teams to become more innovative, strategic, and effective.

Prior to joining TransPro, Luke served as a data specialist and math and statistics teacher for over a decade in two different school districts.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Union University and earned a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
