In January 2018, TransPro commenced a 6-month Emerging Leaders program with a focus on helping the department heads of an Upstate New York municipality to enhance their leadership acumen.
TransPro team members Mark Aesch and Shelly Dinan tailored program curriculum to educate participants on how to effectively use the newly Board of Supervisors adopted Success Plan in the management of their teams and departments.
The program was conducted in person and via webinar. In addition, the program invited each of the candidates to identify and work on the implementation of a meaningful Success Goal for their department.
Concurrent with the Emerging Leaders program, Mark Aesch led 6-month one-on-one ExecPlus executive coaching sessions with three members of the municipality’s executive management team. Each program was customized to focus on development of identified gaps in each individual’s management level.
