- Chemistry: does the candidate fit? Alignment between an organization’s culture and the candidate ensures a long-term successful fit. We make extra effort in preliminary screening, interview questions and follow-up with hiring managers to make sure the chemistry is positive. Some candidates are great people with tremendous skills, but if they don’t fit with the culture, they won’t succeed long-term.
